AI R&D Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Assist in building AI models for scheduling optimization applications and other AI applications

• ​Conduct research on AI-related topics

• ​Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility

• Integrate AI components into a fully functional software system

• Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures

• Conduct unit tests and simulations, prepare documentation and specifications

• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Engineering, Electronics Engineering or equivalent disciplines.

• Strong analytical skills and strong programming skills in C/C++/Java.

• Familiar with Graph algorithms and Search tree algorithms is a plus.

• Experience in Constraint Optimization Algorithms, Mixed Integer Programming, or Genetic Algorithms is a plus.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Willing to learn and have a passion for AI development.

• Self-motivated and quality oriented
